Our services are still offered on an as-needed basis, but we now offer comprehensive multi-tier service maintenance packages to help you maintain your sprinkler system all season long.
We are still available anytime you need us, but now you can rely on prescheduled visits to make sure you never forget and that your system is running great all season long!

Each Start-Up and Tune-up Visit Includes Multi Point Inspections of Your System Components Performance and Design:
- Controller evaluation and seasonal program updates
- Zone-by-zone evaluation of sprinkler head coverage and water distribution efficiency
- Head and nozzle adjustments to maximize coverage and distribution rates
- Valve performance and valve wiring condition
- Backflow Evaluation (Certified Backflow Testing Available as an add On)
- Recommendations for system optimization and water savings
Please note that Start-up or Tune-up visits DO NOT include repair parts or labor. Should our certified technicians determine that your system requires repairs to operate efficiently, we will provide you with an estimate prior to completing the work and do our best to make the repairs while in the same visit.
Maintenance Plan Faqs
COMMITMENT – You can start your plan anytime of the year and the commitment is for 12 months.
CANCELLATION – Cancel or Upgrade/Downgrade your plan at anytime.
PRIORITY SCHEDULING – All plans include pre scheduling for the year, however, Should you need us for a service call between regular maintenance appointments, we will fit you in with a higher priority level than regular customers.
PAYMENT – Prepay(not required) or keep your card on file for easy billing after completion of each service. Credit Cards are required to be kept on file for streamlined billing after completion of each service and stored securely using stripe
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS – Your sprinkler system must be in operational condition before signing up for a maintenance plan. Call us to discuss your systems condition so we can decide the best plan for you

Please note that Start-up or Tune-up visits DO NOT include repair parts or labor. All non-maintenance plan visits require $87.50 mobilization/trip fee charge and labor $92.50 per hr. + parts
